DESCRIPTION
A small complex, situated amongst lush tropical vegetation by the sea, offering comfort, good food,
friendly service and attention. Situated on Grande Anse beach the creole-style bungalows comprise
of 32 rooms. Restaurant, bar, swimming pool, snorkelling equipment; excursions and fishing can
be arranged. The hotel provides a daily complimentary shuttle service to Cote d'Or departing in the
morning and returning late afternoon.The 32 rooms are arranged in eight separate units with four
rooms each. There are two rooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All rooms are
inter-connecting. The rooms are spacious (45 m2) and decorated to provide a typically tropical
atmosphere. Each room has its own private patio/terrace which overlooks the Grande Anse Bay
and islands beyond. Each room boasts a king-size, four-poster bed with mosquito net and ceiling
fan and can accommodate 2 adults & 1 child or 3 adults. All rooms are equipped with direct dial
telephone and tea/coffee making facilities.

• Children's rate: per child per night when sharing room with 2 full paying adults:
• 0-2 years for Period 9: free of charge
• 2-12 years for Period 9 : EUR 20 on B/B basis, EUR 34 on H/B basis
• 0-12 years for Periods 7 & 8: Free of charge

• 25% discount for the bride only on H/B Peak Season rates
• Honeymooners will also be entitled to a bottle of sparkling wine and seafood dinner
• Supplement for air-conditioning: EUR 13 per room per night
• Shuttle Service to Cote D'Or: The hotel provides a daily comlimentary shuttle service to
Cote D'r departing in the morning and returning late afternoon
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation of reservations must be in writing, by fax or e-mail and must be received by
our office 19 days before arrival date. For cancellation received within 19 days, the hotel will
charge as follows:
• 19-11 days: 50% on B/B basis
• Less than 11 days & 'no shows': 100 % on B/B basis.
